Pepper Spray & OC Holsters

Pepper Spray & OC Holsters

Hero's Pride pepper spray holders keep your OC canister secure and within fast reach on a duty belt or MOLLE rig. Choose an open-top holder for a quick draw or a closed flap for added retention, in leather, nylon or polymer to match the rest of your duty gear, with models sized to fit MK2, MK3, MK4 and MK6 canisters.

Pepper Spray & OC Holsters

Pepper spray holsters and OC spray pouches for duty carry

Every holder in this collection carries an OC canister, also called pepper spray or mace, for duty use. Choose the carry style first, then the material, then the canister size.

Open top or closed

An open-top holster gives the quickest draw. A closed flap or closed-top case covers the canister and adds retention.

Leather, nylon or polymer

AirTek holders are leather: see our leather pepper spray holders. Ballistic and Ballistic TAC holders are nylon OC spray pouches, and most are sized for a 2-1/4 inch duty belt: see our nylon pepper spray holders. Edge and Flex cases are polymer. Finish options across the range include basket weave and plain, and snap options include black, brass, nickel and hidden.

Which canister size fits

Most holders here are sized for MK2, MK3, MK4 and MK6 canisters. Check your canister's MK size and choose the matching model. For the large 13 oz MK9 canister, see our MK9 OC spray holster. The Flex Duty Spray Case and the Edge cases each fit MK2, MK3, MK4 and MK6.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an OC spray pouch and a pepper spray holster?

Both carry an OC canister on your duty belt. A pouch is usually a soft nylon carrier, like the Ballistic and Ballistic TAC models here. Holster and holder also cover leather and polymer cases, such as AirTek, Edge and Flex.

Can I mount an OC spray pouch on a MOLLE vest?

Yes. The Ballistic TAC OC Pepper Spray Holder for the MK4 fits a 2-1/4 inch duty belt and MOLLE vests.

Should I choose an open-top or closed holder?

Choose open-top for the quickest draw, or a closed flap or closed-top case to keep the canister covered and secure.
