Badge holders by shape and cut
Hero's Pride holders use a recessed cutout that seats your badge flush and displays it clean. Choose the holder body that suits how you carry, then the cut that matches your badge outline. Measure your badge at its widest point, and for a star measure point to point. Badge not included.
- Swivel round: rotates so you can flip your badge forward, and carries the widest range of star cuts, including the sheriff and deputy sheriff stars. 5 point with balls 2-3/4 x 2-5/8 and 2-7/8 x 2-5/8 inch, 5 point with banner CPD style 2-3/4 x 2-3/4 inch, 6 point without balls 2-3/4 x 3 inch, 6 point with banner CPD style 2-5/8 x 3 inch, 7 point 2-3/4 x 2-5/8 inch.
- Round, small 3 inch and large 3.6 inch: 5 point star with balls 2-5/8 x 2-5/8 and 2-3/4 x 2-5/8 inch, 7 point star 2-3/4 x 2-3/4 inch, and a 2-1/4 inch circle cut.
- Teardrop: oval 2-3/8 x 3-3/4 inch or eagle with flags 2-1/4 x 3 inch.
- Shield: eagle with flags 2-1/4 x 3 inch.
- K-9 keychain: a compact holder that clips to your keys.
Custom badge holders, cut to your badge
If your badge outline is not one we stock, we will cut a holder to it. Every recessed cutout holder carries a die cut option: tell us the outline and size and we will custom make it, allowing 30 days for manufacturing. A custom leather badge holder uses the same bodies shown above, so only the cutout changes. Departments ordering a custom police badge holder for a newly issued badge should send the measurement point to point at its widest span.
Universal badge holders
A universal holder is genuine leather like the rest of the range but secures your badge without a die-cut recess, so one holder covers several outlines. Choose universal if your department issues more than one badge, or for a group order with mixed shapes.

If you carry credentials with your badge, an ID case or credential case is the better format. Neck chains for your badge holder
To wear your badge at your neck rather than your belt, several holders include a chain, such as the shield holder with chain and clip and the teardrop holder with chain and clip. Spare nickel chains are sold separately in a 20 inch link chain and a 30 inch beaded ball chain.

Security work needs a holder that lasts a full shift and shows your badge clearly on contact. Will a holder fit my 5-point, 6-point or 7-point star badge?
Yes. The swivel round holder takes 5, 6 and 7 point cuts including CPD style banner cuts, and the round holders take 5 and 7 point cuts. Measure point to point across the widest span.
